By engaging Artisanaigifts for event décor services, you agree to these terms. Our services include consultation, design development, material procurement, installation, and breakdown as outlined in your specific proposal.
All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit payment to secure your event date. Deposit amounts vary based on project scope and are non-refundable once design work begins. Final payment is due prior to event installation.
Cancellations made more than thirty days before the event date will receive a partial refund minus the deposit and any completed design work. Cancellations within thirty days of the event are non-refundable due to committed resources and materials.
Clients must ensure Artisanaigifts has adequate access to the venue for setup and breakdown at agreed-upon times. Any delays caused by venue restrictions or scheduling conflicts may result in additional fees for extended labor time.
Clients are responsible for communicating all venue restrictions, providing accurate guest counts, and coordinating with venue management regarding our access needs. Any damage to venue property caused by inadequate communication of restrictions is the client's responsibility.
Significant design changes requested after contract signing may incur additional fees and require timeline adjustments. Minor adjustments within the original scope are accommodated when possible without additional charges.
Artisanaigifts carries appropriate business insurance. We are not responsible for damage or loss to décor items caused by guests, venue conditions beyond our control, or events outside our contracted scope of work.
Artisanaigifts reserves the right to photograph our installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing. Client events may be featured on our website and social media channels.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable events preventing service delivery.
Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and certified checks. Late payments may incur additional fees and could affect service delivery timelines. All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your contract and are subject to applicable taxes.
All design concepts, proposals, sketches, and creative materials developed by Artisanaigifts remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific event. We retain the right to use images and designs for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strive to deliver exceptional quality in all our installations. If you have concerns about the execution of services, please notify us immediately during the event or within 24 hours of completion. We will work to address any legitimate issues promptly and professionally.
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable jurisdiction laws.
Artisanaigifts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
We guarantee that all installations will be executed according to the agreed-upon design specifications. If any element fails to meet the contracted standards due to our error, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost to the client, provided the issue is reported during the event or within 24 hours of completion.
All materials, props, and décor elements remain the property of Artisanaigifts unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients may not remove, alter, or take ownership of any installation elements without explicit written permission. Custom-created items may be available for purchase post-event at negotiated rates.
For outdoor events, weather conditions may impact installation and event execution. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to weather conditions, but we are not liable for weather-related damages or service modifications. Clients are advised to have contingency plans for severe weather scenarios.
Artisanaigifts may engage subcontractors or third-party vendors to fulfill service obligations. We remain responsible for the quality and timeliness of all work performed by our subcontractors. Clients will be notified of any significant subcontractor involvement when relevant to service delivery.
We respect the confidentiality of client information, event details, and proprietary concepts shared during the consultation and design process. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
These terms are governed by applicable local and national laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the area where Artisanaigifts operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
